Toggle walk/run keybind?

I know this originally came out as an addition from Blockland essentials, but can someone make it a client mod?

The walk keybind is default. Blockland Essentials adds a keybind to toggle walking instead of having to hold the key down to walk.

It's really easy to rip things out of Blockland Essentials because every feature has it's own file.
