Water Resistance, why we can't have eight year olds as admins

So I decided to join a random server since I was bored.
I come across a server and its a demolition derby.
The admins were:The host HellCat 423 and his handicapped SA Water Resistance.
Every time water would lose, he would orb back in to the area.
A player called Klinko called him out of his crap. Water then preceded to kick him two times.

Water's ID is 175603. Allied names with him like I said is AshTheYoutuber, LegoKid2008, and Ash Ketchum. He changed his name probably because of my drama in that link. He even tried to impersonate me, and he used my friends to help him out in his vengeance.
