writing up stuff on one screen, work applications on another, and calendar and work schedule on the next one
There's going to be diminishing returns on your productivity the more screens you have. I don't think it would be any more productive than just using your keyboard shortcuts or mouse to jump between windows on 2 screens.
I have quite the mess, but it's not nearly as bad as it used to be earlier in the week before I cleaned up, and I have been currently working on modernizing some furniture and small updates here and there. Currently awaiting on a CPU upgrade for the Mac Pro that comes in on Monday, and my TV center I am planning to get a Besta from Ikea to replace that sometime in early 2016 after I buy a new laptop.
