Moderator Second Application
Hello, There. I'm currently 17. My past experiences as a Moderator was on Count's Server as well as Pro Tear's server. I also was a Moderator for Gothboys77 TDM server when It was still up. I'm currently trying to earn Moderator on Tezuni's prison escape server and Heedicalking's server. The people that would recommend me would be Count, Pro Tear, and If I could find him-Gothboy77. The reason I wish to be a moderator is to simply protect the server whether that would be from trollers or anyone else. Imagine if the server goes dedicated and the host leaves, well most people assume that when the host leaves on a dedicated server that the rules don't apply, or If the server gets popular and more and more people will join which could lead to more trouble makers. I would like Moderator because I use good judgement in appropriate situations and I'm mature enough to handle under stressful situations. I would also like to be a Moderator because I know what is right from wrong. What I would do as a Moderator is to make sure that every one on the server Is satisfied and not in need of any help. I will also obey all rules and regulations. I will use the correct form of punishment according to how severe the rule was. I will also use the Moderator commands for good and never for evil. I will not Mute, Kick, or Ban unless a rule has been broken or a person is spamming the chat and the other players are finding it annoying. I will also double check every rule broken so there are no false bans,kicks, or mutes. I also swear that I will be respectful to all players on the server even If they are not respectful to me. -Why do you want to be a Moderator?
I have always loved challenges. They are my favorite server. That being, I know what it is like to be playing, and some "rule breaker" will ruin your experience. There is nothing worse than somebody ruining the server for you, and others when you are trying to do a challenge. my goal as a moderator, is in simple terms, to improve the server overall, let it be through moderation, building, eventing, providing ideas, etc. I want nothing more, than to keep the players happy, and keep the server clean.

-What will you do as a Moderator?
As a moderator, as stated in the above section, my job is to keep the server clean from "rule breakers", general starfishs, or just people that are being a nuisance. I am supposed to keep the server fun for everybody, and especially be able to look at situations through the players eye, and not just somebody on the outside. I will improve the server in every way possible, through providing ideas, eventing, building, and yes, moderating. If there is anything that I myself cannot provide that is needed for the server, I can contact peoples to help the server, and get what you need done. So in completion: My job is to keep the server well rounded, fin, and enjoyable for every player.

Even though the layout of your application was unorganized, I think you bring up some interesting points.  Most of the server's that you have moderator or administrator status are acceptable experiences for this server.  You also seem to be nice enough for me to give you the opportunity to earn moderator status for this server.

I've seen this server and I know for a fact that it has the ability to gain large amounts of success in the near future. I want be someone who can deliver the needs of a host and for the server. I want to be apart of the team of moderators who serve their time, dedication, and effort to keep the server in one piece. I can see that the server is in need of mod's of which they can depend on, and I know I can be that person.

I know that with my experience as a moderator and admin, I will always make sure the servers rules are being followed and deliver the needs of the server. I can also be a rolemodel to anyone who is visiting the server, so that if someone would like to achieve a rank such as moderator, they can follow my steps of being a moderator and look up to me to when ever they need assistance. I know how to take control of situations that are getting out of hand but also keeping the peace of the server alive. I act kindly and treat everyone on the server equally but I am also not afraid to put my foot down in situations that I need to. I also make myself fully aware that I am not above the server rules. I can give suggestions to the host and even help out with them.

I have highlighted some of the things that have made me deny this application.  Firstly, the format of the application was fine until you had changed the font color to red.  Also please note that hosting your own server does not count as an admin experience.  Lastly, your reasons on why you want to be a moderator on this server is not really that unique to me.  The application does not really prove to me that you have enough experience as an admin on a good server and your reasons are not really that outstanding for me to give you moderator on this server.

This application is not only for this server only, it is based on any server I will host.  Also, when it comes to this server it is good to have at least one or two moderators/admins on to help out anyone who has any problems with the server since multiple things can happen if the server is full.
