Primordial Dreams from the Simcity 4 soundtrack creeps me the forget out because of how discordant it is, for lack of a better description.
I thought this song was cool when I played SimCity 4 as a kid
Idk why

All of the songs from SPORE was either creepy or eerie IMO, except for like one or two.

Donkey Kong Country - Misty Menace

Listen to this.  Then consider for a moment that this is from a platform game about cartoon monkeys.

I always thought this gave a pretty good feeling for that level in particular. I like it.

i always thought the theme to luigi's mansion was scary as forget. i still can't play the game to this day because it scares me so much.

Almost all of the Half-Life 2 soundtracks are spooky.

A notable mention is undertale when | you are doing a true genocide run. All the areas in the game are slowed down, which while isn't close to some of these, its a bit unexpected and creepy when you are doing genocide for the first time |

I think the shadow temple from ocarina of time counts right? Its a bit out of place from the rest of the game.

not exactly "creepy" but just gives out the "watch out" vibe really well

Fallout's Desert Wind
forgetin masterful. those background noises sound more like the operation of rusted metal machinery rather than screams to me, though.

there's the khezu's theme from monster hunter, but I can't post that because it is LITERALLY SILENCE. the only thing you're gonna hear during the fight with the khezu is the cave ambience, the khezu's occasional grunts and screams, and the sound of him charging his loving broken cheap ass electric attacks

it also doesn't help that he looks like this:

so yeah. it's quite up there on the creepy factor.

there's also the third dungeon theme from the criminally underrated bootleg Diablo clone Fate, that scared the haboobles outta me as a kid.

holy stuff Fate, that brings back memories. you ever play torchlight? it's like, literally, the same game, only better.
