Author Topic: My spanish 1 substitute was a forgetwit today  (Read 1767 times)

So i just want to say now that im to shy irl to say anything to the office about this, so i decided to be a dumbass and post it here.

Today during my Spanish 1 class, we had a substitute teacher (cool as usually with substitutes we don't do much) "Hi class, I am Mr. Derp (name excluded), Your normal teacher couldn't be here today, so she asked me to come in, she didn't assign any work so today we will just go to successnetplus.com (a website we use for Spanish) to do work that you may want to make up for a better grade. And at the last 10 minutes of class, ill let you get up and talk to your friends." So i took this oportunity to bring my 75 up to an 84 or better. After doing that I didn't have anything to do so i grabbed a book and read it, after seeing something cool i decided to show my friend who was also done, after a failed attempt to show him i return to reading, the sub comes over to my desk, "Get your stuff and move over there." It took me as surprise as i didn't disrupt anyone and no one cared. As to not get in trouble i did as he asked and moved. After doing this I read the book again until the last 10 minutes of class, where my friend decided to get up and grab my bottle of water and walk off. After getting up to go and get it, Here's where he got forgetwitty, "Go sit down." he says in an annoyed tone. "But sir, he took my water bottle." i tried exclaiming. "Go. Sit. Down." he says even more annoyed. "Sir, He Stole My Water bottle!'' I tried exclaiming one more time. "GO SIT DOWN." (he doesnt yell, but he shouts) This is when i get pissed. My friend then sits the bottle in my hand and i walk back to the desk whispering under my breath damn bitch(you could barely hear it too) "SCUSE ME?" he asks "Nothing sir." i say "Do You Wanna Step Outside?!" he says angrily. "No sir." Then class ends. After telling a friend she says that she thinks he's a creep because she caught him winking at a girl student multiple times. Now I expect trouble tomorrow as my spanish teacher will be back. That loving forgetwit derp

i once was in my math class with a substitute that looked like the equivalent of a stick
she told us to discuss how math "helps"
i basically explained that if you plan on working a certain job after highschool/into college, you should be assigned to classes that relate to the said job, and told her history is bullstuff and science is practically the same way
i tried bringing up some other valid points aswell but heres what she said
"because of your age im going to disagree with you"

you won't get anywhere in life if you don't step out of your comfort zone. If you continue to stay in your comfort zone, people will (metaphorically) walk all over you and continue I treating you like this. Take some time as to think about how you'll tell the office, it'll be over before you know it.

also
whatever you do
in situations like this where someone takes your stuff, walk up to the person who took it, grab it out of their hand forcefully
and if the teacher questions you
look him right in the eye say "he stole it, im taking it back" and go back to your seat
if he tries to take it from you, grip onto it and hold onto it

it's how i solved my problem, and is why people don't take my stuff anymore

If they have a tight grip on it, slap them. I did this to an upperclassman once and he threatened to beat me up. One year later, he's still here, and I'm still unharmed.

but he places the bottle in his crotch area, and the substitute would probably pull that "you're younger so your inferior" thing that happened to you.

This is bullstuff and stuff down his argument with "Hah, nice way of saying "I don't have an argument so I'll just hope you don't have a lot of free will""
Quote from: OP because I'm lazy to copy and paste the whole format even though this took waaaaay much effort than that

You need to get used to asking for help. I was in the exact same situation until I started reporting stuff that happened to me and asked for help with work and stuff. The school authorities are also legally and socially obliged to help their students so they don't look like lazy forgets or fools.

i bet you were doing something stupid and arent telling the whole truth

"science is practically the same way"

yeah, because you won't ever need math or science for a job in life

history probably not, but you'll still need math and science for basic knowledges and algorithms

That substitute sounds like a real douche. My condolences man. I've had a few like that before when I was in High School.

Just like my english teacher, coincidence? i think not

history is bullstuff and science is practically the same way

she is right though. tell me why you should be locked into a job at 14 when you still have to ask permission to use the bathroom and shouldn't be expected to make life changing decisions so early in your life.

assigning jobs to people this isn't north korea
