/title i have seen a mix of relationships for the four hears i have been here
Ones that last a day
Ones that last a month
Ones that last a year
Ones that are really creepy, theres a couple in my school that can't do anything without each other, one day the Spanish Society (I'm not in it, but i take Spanish and the teacher is in charge of it) was organizing a trip to a hospital and the girl from one of the couples said "if i'm not going, he's not going" i immediately felt bad for the boy who might have wanted to go, and isn't this considered an abusive relationship, this isn't the only time i have seen this.
Ones that last a long time, often called "high school sweethearts" that end up getting divorced.

I've dated one person and it was for two years in highschool

high school relationships r a joke and I refuse to fall for such a ruse so jokes on you guys hahahahahaha

haha ha

What you call an abusive relationship is actually called getting whipped

yeah the word you're looking for is controlling

lol this reminds me

'twas in 6th grade that a couple (older than me may i say), decided to engage in loveual intercourse. at the end of the school day you'd always see them getting scolded by the teachers for making out, and i think one time they got suspended for touching each other. at the end of the year, the girl found herself pregnant, posted something about it on instagram and apparently she got so much loving hate she nearly killed herself. the boy who did it to her was never questioned, and apparently they're still together but i'm not loving sure anymore. no one's talked about it.

EDIT: i think they were in 8th or sumtin

it truly depends, my grandparents met in high school and they're still married

Anything below Junior year is a joke but there are exceptions for sophomores

i like getting whipped. i like pain ;)

My parents met in their sophomore year and are still married

I've been with my girlfriend for 5 years, which dates back to junior year in high school. We plan to get engaged once she finishes school in a couple years. Funny thing is that I treated my other two relationships that year as a joke and I think the longest one lasted about a few weeks, so I guess you never know when you're going to find the right person.

grade school relationships are generally just quite fake because you are so limited usually in what you can do, on all fronts. its a time where you ought to be more focused on personal development instead of seeking out a mate to be fancy butterfly with.

uhh, i think middle school relationships are a joke but it's almost as if everyone here in college is already dating someone from high school

might just be my school, though. high school definitely felt like there was more romantic drama and stuff going on--everyone was hormonal, after all lol

EDIT: regardless, i had an online relationship freshman through first semester of junior year (around december). ended really poorly. then i had one from around the start of junior year second semester up until senior summer break... so i'm single for the first time in four years really. feels good man, but i'm not used to not being close with someone like that lol
