We pay for 50/50. We always get higher no exceptions. I also run a server grade workstation. So when I upgrade I can host servers for ya'll for free.

last year it was 1k up and down

1 GB per 8 seconds, 60 GB game of GTA V
didn't take too long, besides the game crapping itself and needing to be installed 3 times or so from having a poor release
but at least those 3 times were fast
