So it basically starts off like this
He's admin at his friend's server and then all of a sudden?

And the best part is?

I did personally nothing at all but join the server.
I joined back on as an alt just to test him again. And what? Gets banned again for the reason: hi
And its perm.
I dont have pictures or anything on the alt one but yeah

Kind of have to ask what history you two have.

If this is entirely out of the blue, then yeah, he sounds like a stuff.
But it doesn't seem like this is your first interaction with him.
And your last comment "getting banned all the time", makes it sound like you know it too.

It's Becuase i had a arguement over him and then i just gave up and then stopped being his friend
then i vist his friend's server that he's admin on and then i get banned straight away.
