I never stated I was any of those things.

I don't believe him because:
1)Why would you tell an internet forum about this if you weren't horrifically sad? Judging by the tone he is not.
2)He gives no basis as to what the cause of heart attack could be, it is extremely rare for it to just happen.
3)Smells like zedrow level attention whoring
