Get a cool job where you get to talk to lots of different people

Build something dope

Try selling some stuff. Maybe you have something you no longer use that you can sell to a friend or on Craigslist

What kind of job are you after?

You could spend your time developing the skills and knowledge that you feel are relevant to your future career. I've been waiting on my dream job position to open up for 3 months now (it just has woop) and that's exactly what I've been doing.

Maybe if you can do some special things around the house like cleaning gutters or something, you can earn money. And if you are bored and have no one to talk to, I'm on Steam a lot more often so you can hmu

I'd like to get into level design given I made $100 off it already. I'm not even a business. My plan is once I get a bit more financially stable I'm going to go to school for level design. That or computer technician.

I'm one of the only people actually bringing revenue into this place so chores aren't paid for

Well, I got my prepaid paypal card in today, went to activate it just to find out I can't because of a address mishap. Only way to activate it is with some recent bank statements/other stuff to verify my identity + address. I've been living here for a whole year now,  I even tried my old addresses to make sure it wasn't still my uncles home or something. Which it wasn't.

So now even though I have the money I still can't use it because of PayPals awful system. I plan on getting a job at a local-ish carwash and then opening a bank account to attach. PayPal likes to give a lot of trouble

using paypal as a bank account sounds like a bad idea in the first place

I made it so I could be paid for any commissions I do. I didn't want to mess with a bank account because I don't have a job, soon I'll hopefully have one so I'll make a bank account then.

Why don't u have a job?
' I can't get a job until I get my ID made, I can't do that until I have $20 cash

Make a bank account anyways,  Like seriously that should have been done long ago.  Whether or not you have a job should not have anything to do with it.

pretty much all banks have maintenance fees on their checking accounts if you don't deposit enough money per month or have above a certain amount of money on average

Oh.  I've never had that problem since I go through School's First FCU.

I mean either way, having a savings account and then withdrawing cash isn't a bad idea anyways.  At least that should be done.

uhh
bank of america, for example
which is "the second largest bank holding company in the United States by assets."

your bank probably does it, and you just don't know because you meet their requirements, or you qualified for the fees to be waived. bank of america will do that for students
the requirements usually aren't that high, and the fees are usually pretty small

but they usually exist. it's just one of the ways a bank makes money
