I wasn't driving, I was the passenger. The driver got us pulled over for 'running a red light' (it was yellow and the cop knew it, didn't even give us a ticket)
Cop comes up, asks me my age, I was 18 at the time. He requests some form of ID, I had forgotten my wallet so I had absolutely no form of ID past my name

As for the drug stuff: I smoke to lessen my back and leg pain (sciatica from a collapsed disk), if not then it gets to a level of pain that makes it so I can't even walk without the aid of a cane. I could buy painkillers but those just make me really sick.

No? Marijuana won't make you sick unless you smoke yourself into next week. In my case it's made me less sick and in a lot less pain.
Discussed everything with my mom, she's going to help me get my phone turned back on and help me get my ID. Soon after I'm going to apply for a carwash somewhat nearby. Hopefully in a week or two I'll have a job.
