True, in certain states you can be arrested for not identifying yourself, but that is not the same as it being illegal to not carry photo ID as Alyx Vance suggested.

Well, so much for getting an ID. Not enough money because of bullstuff at the child support office. They keep taking some money off and then pinning it on a later payment, some times.

On top of that I got a email from Straight talk saying my phone has to have service on it by the 11th of this month or they'll completely deactivate my phone. It's $45 for a phone card. This wouldn't be an issue had PayPal not had a awful card bullstuff that made it impossible for me to use my money without either another card or a bank account. (or fax/email a bunch of proof stating my current address. Which I don't have)
