It's less harmful than and dangerous to others than alcohol, legalize it and make the age to purchase 21 and up. I'm undecided about how minors with marijuana should be handled though.

18 seems more reasonable, America has enough staggered age limits as it is
Minors should be treated the same way as underage drinking, nothing too serious

Anything that can affect the brain if legalized should be limited to ages 25+ because that is when your brain stop growing
