telefraging?

i was playing a TDM and i spawned on top of a afk player, and i seemed to get stuck, and that gave me an idea.... telefraging!
a telefrag (for non-DooM quake/DooM players) is a frag (kill) that happens when you spawn on or near a player

rofl, no, it kills you because you just materialized in the area and it generates a small energy blast before you spawn.

Speaking of which, I'd love to have the teleporting gun from Unreal Tournament. (Shoot a disk, and you can teleport to it.) I know its from another game, but... meh.

Telefragging is from many, MANY FPS games. Not just Halo.

And the translocater is just cool. Quit jumping on the "OMG ITS FROM NOTER GAM" bandwagon. Some of the best mods on this game have been remakes of other weapons.

I've never played UT but that translocater sounds cool, and i never knew that Telefragging was in halo O_o
but now that i think about it... all you really need todo is when a player spawns you make a projectile explodeison, (how2spell?) only catch is.. is that you need to make it so the spawning player doesn't get hurt/killed

It kills anyone standing in the way of the receiving end of a set of teleporters.
