A while back i remember a post that Reactor Worker made that helped you understand why newbs call other people noobs, its beacause the senior members call newbs noobs, so the newbs call senior members and other newbs noobs. Considering that predicament, (stated by RW) don't call newbs or senior members noobs, you will just pull another member into the never ending cycle. And you will never stop the oncoming horde of new members, so you might as well lock this topic.
