Those are bloomers, "used" (Mostly stereotypical at this point(?(does it really matter?))) as part of the athletic uniform for schoolgirls in japan (source: animes, so we have an idea how realistic this game is to real life and not super weaboo or anything). tho i have no idea why an elementary kid is wearing them that's just what the forget.

It doesn't even look like it's from Greenlight. Sekai Project is the publisher which means they probably just picked up the game and put it on Steam.
