Ammo consumption but no reload?

I'm working on an arena TDM or DM (haven't figured out yet) and I've been struggling to find some sort of public weapon pack that draws from an ammo pool, but does not need to reload.

Anyone know of some sort of weapon pack that does that? Or atleast some way to easily tweak T+T or Quake-type to run like that?

I can't find a link but there's some post apocalyptic pack that does something like that.
