Right now I'm operating with a hand crank burr grinder and a french press. Enough to make a good cup but I'd like to expand out and try other brewing methods regularly. Living in Seattle now helps too; you can go to any shop in the city and get tons of different beans and roasts made any way you want.

An electric grinder would be convenient too haha.
