I'm happy to ban kahnu pre-emptively because he's a troll which I've seen in action only recently.

One of the last times I saw him he was trying to get (and successfully got) other people banned on some hotel server by spawning explosions and the telling the host it was various other people.

yeah i have this no judge policy when people join my servers. im fine with anyone no matter who they are (unless they actually are someone that's known for screwing up servers in their time)

Eh, I disagree. If anything I think somebody's posting habits are more telling on their personality than anything else. Based on what I've seen Kahnu do I'm safely assuming the moment there's no admins on a server he'll resort to petty trolling tactics. Better to ban him permanently ahead of time than have to deal with it later.

when im hosting for me im usually always on it or have some type of staff on so my method works for me

if you're not often on then i guess ban them :/
