Author Topic: New Duplicator 1.6.2 | Now on BL Glass  (Read 230499 times)

For some reason, setting a variable on an object with 500,000 variables is over 60,000 times slower than setting a global variable with 5,000,000 other globals. Amazing performance right here
lol torque pls

I don't know if this has been mentioned, but is it possible for there to be hackplant compatibility? This duplicator won't allow me to dupe things in mid air, but if I use switch over to the old duplorcator I can dupe things into mid-air no biggie.

Maybe you should read the last few pages

Have to re-write some stuff thanks to the glorious performance of obj variables, so there will probably be an update tomorrow.

- Force plant command, plants floating bricks if allowed
- Fill paint mode, paints all bricks in selection (undo supported)
- Fill wrench mode, applies specific wrench settings to all bricks (undo supported)
- Mirror command now mirrors your normal ghost brick too
- Lots of code cleanup, so probably random bug fixes that I forgot

Qat

It's a new dawn...

it's getting better and better

I have a suggestion for a function, you can change all the bricks in the selection to plant as someone elses ownership
useful if ownerships on a save messes up somehow and you want to let people continue building normally

- Fill wrench mode, applies specific wrench settings to all bricks (undo supported)
thank

Update probably won't be there for a few days I guess.

There's only one minor bug left, so this update will be released tomorrow!

why the hell can't you save dups??

why the hell can't you save dups??
zeb is working on that

he wants to make a much more robust setup than the duplorcator involving compressed saves and client sided save/load, which means it will take a lot more time than just utilizing default save functionality

could you make the force plant a toggle? it would make it easier to plant floating bricks

could you make the force plant a toggle? it would make it easier to plant floating bricks

/toggleForcePlant leaves it on until you turn it back off (or lose rights to use force plant), /forcePlant does it once

wait what does forceplant do?

wait nvm i see
