They offer a game for 5 dollars and as soon as you think it can't go any lower and you buy it. In 2 hours they lower it to 1 dollar.

You can refund a game for going on sale after you bought it i believe.

This sale seems "underwhelming" because it's not one of the big ones

Summer and Holiday have always been the Big Two, this is just an intermediate sale, one of the ones you probably shouldn't participate in because things will get better in less than a month
