Bought the 2 expansion packs for H1 so I can (attempt) to speedrun them after I play them through. Getting money sunday/monday so I can't really use this sale to my advantage. Plus fallout 4 isn't on sale ;(

Except I am pretty sure you can't gift to accounts that haven't lost restrictions yet

if you buy another copy from steam, how do you get the forum account key from it if you already own the game on Steam
