i think its like 30 days or something. maybe even 60? either way, you can return if it's DoA. mine (same deal, 160gb refurb) is still running strong a year later.

Buy Warhawk, it's cheap and it's really fun imo

i've had a ps3 for a long time now and these are probably my top picks.  they're pretty generic mostly because i didnt get much games but i had a lot of fun playing these

oh yeah the last of us

the last of us has really good gameplay, it's not always action packed but the story really does a great job putting you in the gameplay suspense
