The multiple police units, snipers, and eight-foot fall from the fence make it harder than it looks.

we've had a bunch of cases of this in this year alone---
yes it's probably challenging, and you could say that it's better that we don't have more but at the same time we should really have none at all, especially because of the fact that there's a lot of people guarding the place
