Should I shut down the server, take mod suggestions for a day, replace ProjectE with a nerfed version, and restart the server fresh?

Guys you might have classes but I'm on vacation and I have nothing better to do with my life so please get this up and running. I just finished an 18-hole golf course and want to log in but I can't please Queeba, reboot the server!
How did you do on the golf?

Pretty well. 8 above the par without the handicap added.

I have no clue why the server is deciding to forget up, someone help me please. Rebooting the server now.
Edit: Server appears to be working for now.

These pictures show all of the items in the mods directory in the modpack files.

How is this minimal?

I left it off. If the power runs low, turn it on. I'm going to find a way to turn it on once the buffer is low on power to prevent fuel waste.

Pump the hot dogs into x8 culinary generators. Problems solved.

I'm no dirty Jew

We have lots of fuel for the reactor and I'm sitting here on the beach with my grandfather who is an engineer thinking about a way to solve this issue.

Queeba, server needs a reboot!

The modpack used to have only a few mods, I just left the name because I felt like it.
Aw crap, the server died again? Rebooting now. If anyone wants to help me troubleshoot what is going on with the server randomly dying, that would be great. It seems like the server just freezes up, but I can't really find the issue.

When I get back to the capital, pass me the server files. I'll try to reproduce the problem.
