I de-opped Red and added a new rule about not intentionally killing people unless unless the person gives you permission today, hopefully that will help.

It also greatly improves the minecart system and adds a moving chunk loader, along with providing more ways to generate rf. Unfortunately, it also requires a world restart for all of the content to generate.
