Author Topic: Has the U.S.A turned on its police officers?(Debate)  (Read 2354 times)

Personally i feel as if it has, when police officers are being prosecuted for shooting a african american walking at him with a knife just because he is "african american", when there is numerous police officers killed by not only african americans but also white people, and the president is standing by acts of looting and rioting, instead of sympathy for police officer he talks about how we need to get these killings stop, with little to know mention of police officers that have been killed in hate crimes,

This is not a speaking of unarmed people
Some thing else i would like to draw to your attention is the shooting of Tamir Rice which was one of the first so called "racial profiling" if any one actually read into cases' like this, they would find that the "airsoft gun" had no orange tip on the end to show that it was a toy, and how on earth were the police officers supposed to notice in those few seconds that it was a toy. I think this is all complete bullsit, im not saying that theese cases shouldnt be investigated, im just saying that i feel as if the officers should be treated as innocent until proven guilty, And STOP all the Rioting and Looting!

and before people start saying i'm just being tribal, Im not some of my best friends are black and i would never do anything to hurt them, but they also notice how bull stuff these riots are and that president obama stands up there practically promoting it.

united states citizens are killed way more by cops than in any other country. cops are trained to kill and escalate the situation, not protect and diffuse the situation. a lot of them are cowards too. they shoot anything that moves at them.

fun fact: 'african-american' people born in america are in fact not african-american
african-american implies that they were born in africa, immigrated to the us, and gained citizenship

had no idea will change that now

This, saying that cops are trained killers is just cruel considering how many cops have tried to avoid killing people.

i'm not sure if this true or not because i've always heard my explanation. would anyone care to back this up?

Also imagine the San Bernardino shootings if it weren't for our police officers

I just want to point out that, if you're going to talk about the Tamir Rice shooting, you should know that the kid was shot less than two seconds after the police pulled up. The officer rolled up right in front of him and shot him without attempting to assess or diffuse the situation. While he claims that he told Rice to put his hands up, I don't understand how he could do that in the time between his arrival and subsequent shooting of the kid. It's an officer's job to be able to assess a situation, so it is entirely the officer's fault if he fails to do so. On top of that, when the 911 call was made, the dispatcher failed to relay the information to the officers that the caller said it was, more likely than not, a gun.
I'm not sure what you mean when you say President Obama practically promotes rioting and looting? Sounds silly, I've once seen him take a stand more extreme than "Yes, it's a problem, we have to do something."

African-American means you are born in America with African heritage, which is literally every black person who is born in America. If they didn't have African heritage, then they wouldn't be black.

black people born in america who come from jamaican ancestry have african heritage?

Snip
He only speaks about it instead of actually doing some thing, when has he ever showed action
snip
I love how you are entirely disregarding most of what i just said, i said Many, I never ever said all aren't trigger happy fools who would shoot some one and never think twice without the law, If what you claim is true and all cops are simply fools then why haven't they revealed their grand scheme and opened fire on us all?
