Edit: Im using this site: http://blockland.us/portforward/ it doesn't seem much help since the layout/look for my router home is different...

Another Edit: Ive hit a road block....The tutorial uses an outdated OS wich makes it difficult to follow....

It turns out it was actually a problem.
After clicking ok, it didn't let me do anything, like as if I was disconnected from the internet.

It is a problem if you don't have any DNS typed in.
If you have 1 it should not be a problem.
The link I gave you also has a guide on how to set up a static IP.
