Looks like servers need to be careful with having Slayer and VCE

I feel like someone should write a new VCE that can't crash servers. Someone found a really bad exploit and told me about it and I think VCE should just get CRC'd or at least everyone should download a new version of VCE.

I don't feel like explaining the exploit but the output event crashes with VCE_ifVariable if done correctly, maybe if I have time I could write a patch to this.

VCE is a cluster forget to begin with, I suggested a new simpler but robust VCE but everybody just shoveled it aside, Port did say he made a new version of VCE and would release it once he fixed the bugs and added some more functions, but I never heard from him in the thread about it ever again.

My dreams of the VES(Variable Event System) never happened and I knew something bad would end up happening with VCE one day, so yes it should be CRC'd because of how easy it is for a person to crash a server with it and aside from that it breaks often.

The fundamental issue with your suggestions is that absolutely nobody has made a list of things that are actually specifically wrong with VCE in such a way that they can all be fixed. Just saying "It's pooly coded!" gives programmers absolutely no information about it. Does the end user who has nothing to do with the underlying code now somehow care about how unorganized and messy the code is? Or do you mean that there are bugs? If so, what are the bugs? We need specifics in order to be able to do literally anything about it, and your suggestion gives absolutely none. Your suggestion literally boils down to "Hey, make this better."

I dont want VCE to be revoked. Its super useful and works perfectly fine for me. I dont want to have to relearn an entire event system just because of an exploit thats no longer even a problem since badspot patched it.
