Shaders for Intel HD graphics?

independently, intel HD is the stufftiest GPU I have ever touched at. shaders and shadows are a no for you. go buy a better GPU or computer.

its a given intel graphis are the worst, but shaders still works for photos. Not everyone can upgrade, so we might as well just inform how bad things will be
