Author Topic: Razer BlackWidow Chroma stopped working  (Read 1088 times)

At the start, my control keys started to just be stuck, and no matter how I pressed them, they wouldn't unstick. Figured I'd just plug it back in and see what happened.

When I plugged it back in, nothing happened.

The lights didn't come on, the keys didn't do anything, nothing happened.

I tried all the ports, I event tried another computer, but absolutely nothing came. I don't know what to do other than to just contact Razer to get a new one.

If you guys know what's wrong (I feel like I doubt this, considering this is a game about building -- although I know there's a couple people who know PCs much better than me), let me know, please.

I had 2 headsets thats broke from just regular use in less than a year

don't razers like break after a while?
everything breaks after a while

did you know that everything breaks after a while and it isn't limited to just one specific brand? what a novel idea

get a real keyboard, son
p sure any keyboard that you can type on that functions as a keyboard can be considered a real keyboard

forget i meant like in a short while
like a month or two

Razer is ok if you like to just throw money at your screen, but ive had a headset and mouse for a couple years so far with no damage. So I assume it was a defective unit

Anyways i was kinda in the same situation you're in rn, on christmas I had a corsair strafe with cherry mx rgb blues, and on the 2nd day the L key had a problem because the pieces in the actual switch got stuck after pressing down. I knew the problem about cherry mx blues, but I didnt really mind because I didnt like reds/browns for osu. Returned it and hopefully will get a replacement later.

this, or google for answers. If you cant find an answer, send it back for RMA or return it to the store because most likely you have warranty, right?

also razer customer support sucks balls

i have warranty.
bought it at bestbuy and i have a extended return policy -- if i don't get a response i'll just take it to them
