Bubba may of given the pictures, but Nick gave them as well (which is a crime in itself, to give a naked photograph of yourself to a minor), he also asked her for an inappropriate photograph of her (that's another offense). There you go, one count of soliciting a minor into giving nude pictures of herself.

The point he's trying to make is that legality =/= morality. Being illegal does not imply immoral, being legal does not imply moral. You can't base an argument on that.
