i just read a bunch of people trying to find excuses because they don't want to accept reality.

if that's what you think you read, then yes, your reading comprehension is compromised.

that's obviously not what he's referring to. understand the difference between common medication and recreational drugs, because 99% of the time when somebody says "drug user" they are referring to that demographic that uses the latter.

Trinick here on girlfriend's account. Stop using this as an argument for how weed isn't bad. It literally couldn't matter any less if it were natural or synthetic. Plenty of natural things are awful for you, and plenty of synthetic things are fantastic for you. This weird hatred of synthetic things because they're unnatural needs to stop.

There'd be no good reason to assume that drug use is what affected his ability to read, if you were to perform a study upon the progression (regression?) of his reading and comprehension skills I'd be surprised for you to find a meaningful correlation between the frequency of his drug use and his reading comprehension.
