A court of law would throw this case out. She did originally state she were 19. Whether he sent pictures after or before she said it then it doesn't matter. For all you know the pictures were sent late because phones are know to do that.

Dooble for once you're actually really out of line, by saying this you're literally calling him a paedophile again and since you obviously didn't understand the very well explained definition as provided by wikipedia let me explain it for you.

If Nick was a paedophile he would be going after more than one minor since it is a psychiatric disorder, when actually Tills is the only 'case' of this, therefore Nick doesn't fit the definition of a paedophile, also the reason that this is even a case at all is because Nick knew Tills as a 17 year old longer than he knew her as a 15 year old (even according to Tills) so as I have explained many pages ago if he had talked to her for ages and grown to like her personality I can see why he wouldn't be shallow enough to let something like that break something he had with her. Again this is going by Tills' story which seems to by default weigh higher than Nick's story in the community probably because it is the only story that has been represented properly on this thread.

At the end of the day nobody was harmed at the large majority of this drama is dead/irrelevant/stupid so I don't know why you are still flogging a dead horse.

Tills made nick aware of her actual age of 15, and still pictures were sent. He did not wait till she was 16. Whether or not she consented to the revealing of chat logs is irrelevant, kickflow was just in his actions.
