Sure, the child will get in trouble for breaking the law with a fake ID. That doesn't excuse the adult from being deceived with said fake ID, he will still go to jail and become a love offender for the next 30 years or more. Yeah, I know. Anyone who uses a fake ID should be accountable, though.

Also may I add that it is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to produce naked photos of themselves of their own free will. No stuff, literally anyone who has been in middle/high school Human Development knows that.
Children under the age of 18 have been arrested for that stuff and have become registered love offenders even though it is their own body.

In specific areas in the united states you as a person now have to ask for an ID and a written consensual love statement before you engage in love if you don't want it to come back and bite you in the ass later.

I don't know if you've gone to university, but it's very very common that universities, student interest groups, and student unions run various seminars/promotions/workshops regarding love and consent. For a lot of people it's their first time in a large loveually active community of similarly-aged adult peers.

Have you seen the film trainspotting? If you have there's a really relevant scene of this where the main character goes to a club and sees a pretty girl in a nice dress and she takes him home and forgets him. The next day he has breakfast with her parents and she comes through in her school uniform, she then threatens to tell the police if he doesn't see her again.
