lol i have a funny star wars movie made in paint and windows movie maker its ancient i made it 4-5 years ago but its funny if i remeber what folder maze i lost it in....... (my desktop is solid with very small icons)

No, its because his frame rate is down, or he doesn't move them right for each frame, so its smooth.
