what i meant is that players will occasionally get offers from non-player lobbyists
yes, you can be a lobbyist or really any member of government, but the mechanics are designed around being a politician
so you won't get to experience party leadership or voting in parliament or becoming president but if you're fine with that than more power to ya :)

i actually already had a flag made for technocratic party but i scrapped the party because i figured it wouldn't get support
