i'd get into programming if the 4 years I've taken of computer "science" classes actually taught me anything.
like it seems like it's a loving plague that there's stuff computer science teachers. in 4 years of taking these classes all i've learned is basic html
you don't need a class for it. there are so many places on the internet to learn that stuff
I've only ever tried taking a class in school for it once. the teacher kept talking about all the stuff we'd do in the year, and eventually said, "
if you're a senior, you
might get to learn javascript
at the end of the year"
and it was the only class they had for it. so I switched it for something else. I already knew javascript. and now I know even more, all learned on my own time
it probably goes without saying now that my most promising career option is programming. idk what I wanna do, more specifically, though
