Tractor and chair need models, I can't help with that. A mod with a bunch of other vehicle-like chairs was released with things like a computer office chair, though.

Items which stop people from moving or doing things such as the Tazer, Pokéball and this Swag Bag are usually unpopular.

yeah but other then taking people if no one wants, could be an item for a Minigame where someone is a theif, and someone is a cop. That would be an epic :D

lol! with the tractor you could make a blood particle come out the back whenever you run someone over :D
