Cecil is a dumbforget and he's been a badmin on Randomizer since day one.  He's typically flying around the map getting in the deathmatch players way, or he's purposely baiting people so people think he's in the minigame (when he isn't) so they die due to distraction, amongst other things.

notorious for entertainingly huge arguments with Ephialtes when Ephi was back
Also tried to overtake RTB by making his own replacement called Blockland Glass I think

He's always been controversial.

Had a grudge against Ephi, the reasons for which are far too long to summarise.
He tried to create a replacement service to RTB, and I believe joined the group of people constantly arguing with Badspot after V21.
He got perma'd, and I believe is ban on sight on the forums.

And now he runs a subreddit dedicated to pointing out how awful Badspot and Blockland are, but it just serves as a cesspit for the likes of Kalphiter and other similar users.

I didn't like everything about Ephi.

But I've no idea where Kalph's extreme grudge with him stemmed from initially. I'm sure they were at eachothers throats before I joined.
