Is Banished worth buying?

I've never heard of that but the title reminds me of Dishonored which is a great game, not very relaxing though. actually kinda the opposite

this might be a weird suggestion but I think if you try to obey traffic laws driving around in GTAV could be relaxing?
space engineers too, just get in a ship and explore a planet
cities in motion?

Its an okay game. The modding community expanded on it a bit to make it better but the creator released it and then just kinda sat on it without doing much and the game itself gets pretty boring after like two villages.
