Around 10 days ago,
I made this post over on the Blockland subreddit requesting help on building the fourth and final build to a project under the name of "Blank".
Blank is a first person horror minigame within Blockland inspired by the whole slenderman craze back in 2012 or so. Originally Blank was just a re-imagining of "Slender - The Eight Pages" within Blockland, but has quickly become much of its own game. Our first game took place in a forest, second in a mansion, third on a farm, and now we're working on the final installment - a cruise ship.
We've learned a fair amount over the past 4 years while working on various projects, procrastinating from working on Blank, actually working on various Blank installments, and our goal is to make this final chapter in our series the most enjoyable. In almost every game thus far however, the building process has been the longest part, and our goal is to create a functional cruise ship. This is not something that can simply be made in a week of on and off building with a single builder...
So, what I'm asking for is a small team of interested people who would be willing to jump up to the challenge of helping in the creation of a Blockland horror game. All I request is a small portfolio of pictures of builds you've worked on or been a part of, preferably via PM here on the forums but if you want to show off a bit feel free to just reply.
We're primarily looking for interior builders since the nature of this build is almost exclusively indoors, and the exterior of the ship will naturally look pretty odd, but anything can work!
I've also taken a few screenshots of the build recently. In an attempt to not spam the post with pictures,
here's a link to my Blockland screenshots on Steam. Most recent ones include parts of the Blank 4 build as they currently stand. We currently have the bottom-most layer of the ship finished, and have a small blueprint of 3 floors and the deck. If you all want more pictures of what we have so far, I'd be more than willing to upload some to additional posts on the thread.
