Yeah his posts seem pretty toxic, but I think the title for this drama is a bit misleading. I came into this thread expecting to hear he'd posted scat/poop research

Please consider stopping and taking a break

Im taking a break, I don't know if I'll log back on considering the heeping pile of stuff I'm swimming in now.

Same

honestly his weird sense of nohomo and fragile masculinity is scarier than his edgy posts

I have mental issues, I have to do it to keep anxiety down. What do you mean fragile masculinity.

What do you mean fragile masculinity.
he means that you are uncomfortable with your gender and/or loveual preference. And he's right. If you can't be confident that you're a certain loveual orientation, then you're facing some internal issues. It's all about acceptance.

we understand that you suffer from HOCD, but a good number of us forumers are either biloveual, homoloveual, or similar gender-specific loveual preferences. Every time you share your posts about your HOCD, you make some of us feel uncomfortable and to a lesser extent assaulted.

Your anxiety inadvertently makes us anxious, especially those of us who are homoloveual. You should try to keep your fears of homoloveuality between you and your therapist, not in the internet.

I know I have said this before, but I am straight, and I am happy that way. The thoughts give me anxiety so I do anything to rid them. I'm confident that I am straight (most of the time), it's just that the thoughts are horrible to me, I desperately don't want them so I say "I'm not gay" to keep the anxiety/the thoughts away.

No offense taken. We're pretty understanding of people who have issues, regardless of what they may be. We just ask that you keep our exposure to it at a minimum. It's obvious that you can't control your anxiety, and we won't blame you for that.

But you can control whether you click that post button.
