He could almost certainly kill Boba Fett, given his strong force capabilities.
Ren stopped a blaster bolt shot at him from medium range and out of his sight.
He'd have no problem against Fett, whose arsenal included blasters and even slower projectiles, like darts, rockets and grenades (assuming Boba has all the equipment Jango did).

I didn't know there WAS a 2D one (and I didn't click lego lad's link because that's bad for my data cap)
but I'm pretty sure grievous was in the 3D one too, and he was probably at least a little cool there. actually, I remember him being cool in the movie too
