no, there may the General Accent accent popular in the west, midwest, and central Atlantic of the US much akin to Received Pronunciation in Britain, but there is no such thing as "unaccented" speech

You have a good point. Let me correct that to everyone who talks similar to me.

I've no idea what my accent is.
It's not Oxonian and it's not Devonian. It's been described as posh, but hearing it back, I don't get that at all.
