blind pick mm is really bad to play at times
i end up playing with or against level 30 players with like 700-1200 wins while the rest of the players are < 30
then more than a few these players get really really salty when their teammates dont do well and it just ruins the overall experience

...i mean, its blind pick, what do you expect? trashing on players new (relative to you) to the game is pointless - why not tell them what they could do better/why they did badly rather than saying the obvious "you suck" and being all salty n stuff


...that said does blind pick/normals affect mm?

ranked and normal mmr are separate.

Smurfing just to stomp newer players is a richard move. I'd only do it to play with lower elo friends, and even then it's only because riot won't let me queue with them on my main.

I can understand the purpose of not letting diamonds queue with bronze, but that doesn't stop boosting at all. Silver 1 and Gold 5 are full of boosted scrubs.

if you can play blind/draft and end games fast, then yea. Queue with a party for even more IP. Coop vs AI don't give very much IP but they're good for XP.

lower level grind is annoying since it's often filled with players banned on their main for toxicity/bad behavior. Just mute them and move along, you'll likely never see then again.

oh no it wasnt toxic players it was just the players.  they just suck so much, like its not even feeding its like 3 mid 1 bot 1 top? why would you even?

at that point it's just about grinding through. IMO I'd rather have baddies than flamers since the baddies get weeded out pretty fast in ranked.

Hey man, nothing wrong early grouping mid in bots for newer players. Some people are bad, but they'll learn eventually.

nonono, give me the flamers. I can mute them and they'll play better than the baddies. as long as they're not AFKers, i'd take the flamers anyday. Unless i'm playing norms, then I dont mind someone playing badly
