Split a team, or disable a single target. If you use it at melee range without charging it up a lot, it only knocks them straight up, and it's a disable of a respectable duration.

finished a game where we were losing but both me (i was xerath) and nunu could shred their entire team, our jhin and ori or probably doing something idk, we probably could've turned it around considering i could immediately push their lb and fizz out of the fight by either getting them incredibly low or outright killing them

but instead our teemo did not want to help in fights, because he was not a tank
therefor we lost
