I used to post here a lot but now I don't. A few things I want to ask are
1. Does everybody still hate Lord Tony? I remember a lot of drama around him
2. Are the majority of active people here new or old?
3. Is blockland dying and what are the new meta add-ons. Last time I was around was when rtb got shut down :(

1 - lord tonys back after being gone for like 2 years or so and this time hes cleaned up his act a fair bit but some people still have a raging hate-boner for him, mostly just blockchip though.
2 - the majority of people here are pretty much the same old group, most of us have been playing for a long time. me personally, ive been playing BL for over 6 years now.
3 - the "blockland is dying" thing is something that badspot even made a thread for, interestingly enough. however, asking the question these days is a bad idea cause you could get banned for doing so.
3a - new meta add-ons? i dont understand what this means. are you meaning large gamemodes that lots of people use, or some new default gamemode/feature? i can tell you that slayer is pretty big right now, but its fairly buggy.
3b - after rtb's shutdown a lot of archives for it have sprung up, but most of them are currently no longer functioning. AFAIK the only one still working is swollow's. there's also been some less-than-successful attempts at making replacements for rtb, mostly blockland glass (not affiliated with kalphiter this time, its being done by scout31) and oRBS (being done by daprogs). however IMO neither are very good. im still hoping for steam workshop implementation myself.

I meant things as important as JSF doors used to be (I think that's what it was called) used to be. And kinda also what gamemode is most popular, usually when I get on I don't do much. The last time I played however, I played on a TTT blockland remake thing and had a lot of fun with it.

well most "popular" gamemodes i still see hosted all the time is the same cliche, dead-horse-beat stuff: speedkart, knife tdm, jail rp, murder mystery, tezuni servers, etc.

there's been a few unique and interesting gamemodes lately though, such as rggbnnn's super creeper or his rising lava.

we havent seen any new or interesting tdm's though really, besides whatever heedicalking hosts.


also JVS door system has been replaced with LegacyDoors, which is default. its pretty good IMO. much simpler than JVS but you can get it working like JVS with some add-ons that add the restriction events and stuff.

He hasn't cleaned up his act, he has just changed his methods. I don't think it's fair to say it's mostly a single person with something against him either, that just shows how uninformed you are on the subject.
