If it's not getting in the way of the track, it doesn't really matter.
Edit: Actually joined Mr.Lol's server. This seems to be quite the problem, most likely because it isn't checking if the previous track is cleared before loading the next one. Maybe Alphadin could fix it... if he could get off his lazy bum (I asked, he isn't even working on the current fixes and additions).

the word on the street is that that loading thing is a quirk of blockland itself, and that as happened on some other auto-map-loading gamemodes

It seems to mostly happen on dedicated servers that are left up for a while. And as most server hosts know, dedicated servers tend to empty out, so I guess this is another reason to not host dedicated servers, at least for Superkart. Maybe some other map-changing gamemodes too.
